To implement the Decision No  679/QĐ-BTC dated April 7, 2009 of Ministry of Finance on rolling out TABMIS pilot project, Ha Nam province is the 3^rd unit chosen to implement this important project.

TABMIS pilot project implementation aims at testing the system’s operation in real life, capability of its satisfaction to regime, policy, process of budget management. After the pilot time, TABMIS system will be perfected, updated and put into operation in nation wide.

Talking at the Ceremony, on behalf of MOF Leaders and Steering Committee of PFMRP, Deputy Finance Minister Pham Sy Danh highly appreciate all staff, officials from TIU working teams, MOF officers involved in TABMIS and consultants from IBM Singapore and FPT Vietnam for your determination, close cooperation and hard work over the last 3 years, especially over more than a month of TABMIS pilot go-live in Hai phong and at MOF and Central ST subsequently. He also highly appreciate and praise the staff; officers from Financial Agencies, State Treasury of Ha Nam for your hard work and your close cooperation with project implementers in preparation for facilities, technical areas, data reconciliation, human resources mobilization and end-user training for TABMIS Pilot Go-live in Ha Nam.

Deputy Minister stressed that, it’s an honor and great responsibility for staff, officials from FA and ST of Ha Nam to be selected by Ministry of Finance as a pilot site. But agencies are likely to face up with quite a few of difficulties and challenges in the coming period. In this particular phase, the work load of each staff, officer will increase remarkably, which requires a lot of effort as well as focus of your heart and mind to complete the assigned tasks.

MOF Leaders would like to share the difficulties that agencies are and will face up with. He believes that agencies will overcome all difficulties to both complete recurrent political tasks and complete TABMIS pilot go-live successfully.

On behalf of Ha Nam Province, Vice Standing President of Ha Nam People’s Committee Tran Dau express their gratitude for MOF and ST’s credit for Hanam. He commits to provide leadership to related organizations to strictly follow instructions by MOF and ST. Leaders of Haiphong city will create favorable conditions for involved units to complete the assigned tasks.

On this occasion, He requests Director of HaNam FA and ST to guide all related units to focus our resources, encourage staff to overcome difficulties to complete all the tasks. And He expects MOF, ST and authorized agencies to continue their leadership and support for staff and officers from Hanam financial sector and contractors to cooperate closely and support effectively to accomplish TABMIS go-live.
